WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Police sent to an E. Post Road deli Saturday night on a report of a man threatening to murder a customer said they found an air gun tucked in the waistband of the 39-year-old White Plains man.

Juan Espana-Espana told a man in the Cancun Deli he was going to kill him with a gun, according to police.

Officers found Espana-Espana facing a clerk at the deli and grabbed him from behind. They uncovered a black plastic Powerline 701 pellet gun in his pants and 54 gray metal pellets, according to police.
