WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A White Plains man who pleaded guilty to bilking an 89-year-old Albany County woman out of nearly $8,000 will be sentenced on Wednesday, Jan. 8, according to Patch.com.
A White Plains man will be sentenced after scamming an elderly woman out of nearly $8,000.

Labeach faces a maximum of three years in prison, according to Patch.com.
