WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The White Plains Hospital welcomed the first local practice to its newly launched Physician Associates organization earlier this month.
The White Plains Surgical Specialists, formerly known as Weber, Weber and Yee, on Aug. 1 joined the Physicians Associates, which was created to share information and promote growth between local physicians and the hospital.
Carl Weber of White Plains Surgical Specialists said in a statement that he was honored to join the Physician Associates.
We have always considered White Plains Hospital our home and have chosen to solidify our relationship by collaborating as partners, said Carl Weber, who has performed surgeries on patients in Westchester for more than 30 years. We are very proud to be members of the White Plains Hospital family because of the exceptional care it provides to our community and the commitment of its leadership to the future growth of the Hospital."
White Plains Hospital President and CEO Jon Schandler said he was especially pleased the White Plains Surgical Specialist crew was the first to join the association.
Strong physician relationships are an essential part of our hospital ongoing success, Schandler said in a press release. We are especially pleased to have Carl, Philip and Kaare Weber and Kimberly Yee as the first practice of White Plains Hospital Physician Associates.
