White Plains Has an ArtsBash This Weekend

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Meet ArtsWestchester's resident artists and view the gallery's current sculpture exhibit at the 13th annual ArtsBash, which features food, fun and fabulous art this weekend, according to a press release.

In addition to viewing the current exhibit, "Sculpture: On and Off the Wall," attendees can meet ArtWestchester's live-in artists, who rent studios at the nonprofit's facility, the Art Exchange, at 31 Mamaroneck Ave. They include painters, sculptors and fashion designers, who will open their studios for you to view their works in progress.

This year, ArtsWestchester partnered with Westchester Magazine's Food & Wine Festival to offer tastings from over 30 restaurants at the event. Tickets are $75.

On Saturday, the whole family can tour the studios and exhibit at Family ArtsBash, a free event full of hands-on activities and artist-taught family workshops. They include face painting, clown theater, visual arts, giveaways, complimentary massages and photo opportunities with Elton John and Katy Perry look-alikes.
