Throughout the weekend, attendees will get a chance to sample selections from 100 Westchester restaurants during three grand tastings Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Other events include wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and, new this year, a Bartender Shake Off at 42 the Restaurant. From 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. five bartenders will take turns sharing their specialty cocktail.

“Last year was bigger and better than the first, and we expect to continue to grow and bring together even more restaurants, chefs and wines this year," Ralph A. Martinelli, publisher of Westchester Magazine, said in a press release. "With four days of exciting events the weekend is not to be missed.”

It all starts at 6 p.m. Thursday when 30 local chefs, including seven from White Plains, showcase their restaurant's signature burgers, which guests will vote on. The winning burger, or "Cadillac Burger," will be announced at the end of the night.

The event is touted as the "the largest gathering of restaurants and wine in Westchester’s history," according to a press release. A Portion of the proceeds will benefit The Westchester Coalition for the Hungry and Homeless.

Among the restaurants offering their signature foods during the three grand tastings, those from White Plains include:

  • BLT Steak
