WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – A special meeting was held Monday afternoon by the White Plains Common Council to discuss concerns regarding the partial closure of Hathaway Lane connected to the French American School of New York’s (FASNY) application to open a school at the former Ridgeway Country Club site, reports the Examiner.
