What's Open And Closed In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – All government offices and buildings and the post office will be open Monday, Christmas Eve, but closed Tuesday,  Christmas Day.

The White Plains Library will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, closing eight hours earlier than usual. It will be closed all day Tuesday.

With all government buildings open Monday, garbage will be collected as normal for residents on the Monday-Thursday pickup schedule. However, those on the Tuesday and Friday schedule will have their garbage collected Wednesday and Friday.
