Dan Switzen, 44, who was arrested by Pleasantville Police in November,  allegedly hid a camera inside a tissue box on the counter of the bathroom, according to authorities.

The camera was discovered on Nov. 13 when his 18-year-old live-in nanny and two friends discovered the camera and took it to police.

According to a criminal complaint filed by police, Switzen placed: "a video recording device in the bathroom of his residence for his own amusement and or entertainment to surreptitiously view and or record a person dressing or undressing the sexual or other intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person's knowledge or consent."

Switzen, who has worked on the "Suze Orman Show" and "Power Lunch," was arrested the following morning.

A married father of two children, Switzen was charged with felony unlawful surveillance, punishable by up to four years in prison, police said. He was released without bail until his hearing.

The police department said the case is still under investigation and declined to comment further.

The network did not return calls for comment on his employment status.
