Westchester Residents' Tweets Of Frustration Snowball During Storm

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A flurry of Westchester residents have taken to Twitter and Instagram to express their frustration with Thursday's snowstorm.

The storm is one of several that have plagued Westchester County over the past few months. Central Westchester is expected to receive between 7 and 10 inches of snow, with Northern Westchester set to get 11-15 inches, with locally higher amounts. New York City is expected to get 6-10 inches.

Sara Caldwell (@sarabcaldwell) of New Rochelle Tweeted, "I walked to work in the snow today. I passed two people in downtown New Rochelle. Two! #juststayhome."

Randy Dunbar (@rgdunbar6) of Tarrytown Tweeted an Instagram picture with the caption, "Enough already! No more snow!"

Katie Giustiniani (@kkatie_rose) from Harrison Tweeted, "This snow is out of control."

@Tatroe Tweeted, "Just shoveled 9 inches of fresh snow in Westchester. 20 minutes later another inch has already fallen."

Julia Roach from Rye (@jroach19) Tweeted, "This snow is starting to get really annoying."

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 6 a.m. on Friday.
