Warm Weekend In Store For White Plains

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County's run of hot summer weather will continue throughout the weekend as the calendar has turned to August, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures in the upper 80s will make this weekend perfect for beaches and boating.

Saturday will have a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon, but will otherwise be mostly sunny with a high of 87.

Sunday will be very similar with sunny skies and temperatures in the high 80s.

Sunshine and temperatures well into the 80s should remain in the area through most of next week as well.
