Thes were used in the  WinterFest holiday market on Court Street, which runs to Sunday, Dec. 18.

“We were so thrilled to be able to put these decorations to good use,’’ said Paula Kelliher, Director of Marketing for The Westchester.

The decorations include a giant reindeer, wreaths and gold and silver garland no longer needed at the mall where a new holiday package was part of its multi-million dollar renovation.

The mall's new decorations, designed by Studio Artefact of Montreal, have a winter wonderland theme that appeals to kids and adults, said a release.

“These beautiful decorations have enhanced our event without costing our taxpayers a dime -- A great example of what building strong, positive relationships throughout the city can yield," said White Plains Mayor Tom Roach.
