In an effort to prevent the release of damaging information related to five Metro-North accidents, lawyers of the injured say the railroad is pushing to settle cases quickly, according to lohud.com.
More than 70 people were injured when a Metro-North train derailed on the Fairfield-Bridgeport border in May 2013.
