Sprain Brook Parkway Reopens After Closure

ELMSFORD, N.Y. -- A stretch of the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway in Elmsford has reopened after initially being closed and then seeing one lane reopen on Thursday.

The closure, in Elmsford, was reported at 4:15 p.m. and was between Route 100C and I-287.
