Jose Andrade of White Plains treated his 3-year-old son, Fernando, to some speedy sledding on the rolling hills behind White Plains High School off North Street (Route 127).

With school back in session, sledding was not as crowded or chaotic Wednesday.

After a couple of failed climbing attempts, Fernando was smart enough to hop on his father's back for the long trek back uphill.
