What's closed:

  • All White Plains Schools and school offices
  • The White Plains Library
  • City Hall and all city offices 
  • All post offices; no mail will be delivered 
  • Most banks
  • All courts and state and federal government offices

What's open:

  • The Galleria at White Plains and The Westchester will be open for regular business hours.
  • The Bee-Line will operate on a regular schedule
