Saxon Wood Road Will Close For Construction In White Plains
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Saxon Wood Road will be closed at the Scarsdale border between Monday, Sept. 15 and spring 2015 due to complex road construction and underground utility work by the Department of Public Works and Con Edison.
