WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – New York's 95 delegates are at stake in Tuesday's primary, which lost some steam following Rick Santorum's decision to drop out of the race April 10.

With the field of potential nominees down to three, Mitt Romney's 697 delegates puts him the closest to the 1,144 necessary to capture the nomination. Before dropping out of the race, Santorum collected 269, while Newt Gingrich holds 137 and Ron Paul has 67, according to the Wall Street Journal 2012 delegate tracker
