PD Says Men Snuck Onto Winbrook, One Had PCP

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Police said two man banned from the Winbrook Public Housing property snuck into one of its parking lots Friday, where one man allegedly had a cigar laced with PCP.

Officers said Dwayne Wilson, 32, of Greenburgh, walked off as police approached, dropping the cigar and a bag containing what police said was marijuana dipped in phencyclidine, or PCP.

He was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

Police found his companion a block away. Terrel Brock, 29, of White Plains, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

In other news from the police blotter:

- The narcotics unit said they found Bobby Telesmanich, 41, allegedly with a 300 milligram crack-cocaine rock in a Ford Mustang parked on Orchard Street.

The White Plains man allegedly also had a piece of plastic with a white powder believed to be cocaine, according to police.

He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

- Police said a woman who got an officer to loosen her handcuffs by complaining they were too tight, later slipped them off and allegedly attacked an officer at headquarters Friday.

The 22-year-old, who was being booked on disorderly conduct charges, attempted to knee an officer in the groin and spit in his face, according to police reports. 

She was re-cuffed and charged with second-degree harassment, her second violation charge of the evening. 

- Police say a relationship turned sour prompted a White Plains woman to corner her ex-boyfriend on the corner of East Post Road and Court Street Friday, where an argument escalated into her allegedly dousing with juice the $200 in baked goods he was delivering for his employer.

After the 7:40 a.m. encounter, the man told police the woman, 26, allegedly raided his car. Approximately $3,000 stashed in the storage compartment and two packs of cigarettes were stolen, according to police reports. 

Officers are still looking for the woman.
