Passenger Throws Heroin Out Of Car Window On Hutch, Say Police

HARRISON, N.Y. – The passenger of a car stopped by police on the Hutchinson River Parkway on Saturday, Nov, 15, was accused of throwing thousands of dollars worth if heroin out of the car window before trying to drive away, reports LoHud.com.

Erick Franceshini, 35, of Stratford, Conn., was accused of throwing 300 glassine envelopes full of heroin out of the window while the driver was talking to police outside the car, then climbing into the driver's seat and pulling out onto the parkway. In heavy traffic, Franceshini made it to the top of the ramp at the North Street exit, then hit another car according to the report.
