Park In White Plains Garages For Free During Storm

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Residents with White Plains registered cars may park in the garages on Hamilton and Main avenues and Chester and Maple avenues from noon Friday to 5 p.m. Saturday for free, the city announced.

Since on-street overnight parking between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. is not allowed in White Plains, the city is encouraging residents to use one of the two garages to park during the snowstorm. Overnight parking rules will be enforced and those who park on the street overnight will be ticketed.

The White Plains Library is open Friday and operating under normal hours, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Ebersole Ice Rink is closed Friday and Saturday.
