If you didn't notice how warm October was, a couple of international climate agencies sure did. In fact, October 2015 may be Earth's warmest October ever, according to the Washington Post.
The Japan Meteorological Agency and NASA both released data recently that shows last month could easily surpass warmth records established just last year. Both agencies show, on average, that October was warmer globally than October 2014 by 30 degrees, the Washington Post reported.
The warm October follows a record-breaking September. The upward trend is significant to scientists concerned about climate change, the Washington Post said.
