WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. --  The judge dismissed the only remaining Gedney Neighborhood Association claim in its lawsuit against the city of White Plains,

The decision also states that the French American School of New York's counter claim was also dismissed. FASNY argued that the remaining claim of GNA was not “ripe” on the merits, and the court agreed which resulted in FASNY’s position being upheld. As a result, the claim was dismissed.
