WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway resulted in delays in both directions during the Friday morning commute.
The accident, between East Lincoln Avenue and Co-op City, was reported at 8 a.m. and quickly led to stop-and-go conditions. It moved to the shoulder but caused southbound delays as a result of rubbernecking before being cleared later in the morning.
