WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains police say two young women tussling with each other on Post Road managed to rip out chunks of hair before an officer was able to separate the two.
Police say a 20-year-old and an 18-year-old from White Plains were throwing punches at each other near the corner of E. Post Road and Chester Avenue Thursday evening.
When an officer attempted to break up the two, the women grabbed each others hair, according to police reports. By the time the two were arrested, bits of weave covered the street.
Both were charged with one count of disorderly conduct.
