Yokaira Salce, who had been a waitress at the City Limits Diner, states in her suit that the Central Avenue eatery’s management not only asked her inappropriate questions about her pregnancy, but also failed to tell her about the availability of unpaid leave and then canned her after she had had the baby, the lohud.com report said.

The Livanos family, which owns City Limits and several other restaurants, have not commented on the lawsuit, the lohud.com story said.
