First North Salem Town Board Meeting Held In New Facility

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – The North Salem Town Board held their first meeting at the new facility located at 66 June Road Tuesday, July 14.

Supervisor Warren Lucas gave thanks to Bill Balter of Wilder Balter Partners for their support of the 66 June Road project.

Other topics discussed were the Property Maintenance Law, which will help the town deal with problem of "zombie properties" that are neglected or abandoned, and the Community Choice Aggregation Law.
