- Four Westchester County gas stations have been fined for price gouging in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, according to a statement released by New York State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman.
- The former general manager of the Rye Golf Club was arraigned on felony grand larceny charges , according to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
- Three former employees of the Westchester County Department of Parks and Recreation pleaded guilty on Thursday to defrauding Westchester County out of tens of thousands of dollars in parking revenue and MetroCard sales from the Westchester County Center parking lot.
- Nearly 5,000 parents, students, and teachers joined together at the Westchester County Center in White Plains to support New York’s proposed Education Investment Tax Credit .
