“We are so thankful for the amazing generosity of Regeneron and the Elmsford Rotary Club,” said Elmsford School Superintendent Joseph Ricca. “These are two outstanding community partnerships that continue to support and enhance our students’ educational experiences.”
The Rotary Club donated three baskets full of ingredients for a Thanksgiving meal including frozen turkeys, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pie mixes, crackers, cookies, tea, coffee and more.
The pharmaceutical company, which sponsored the construction of a new playground at the Carl L. Dixson Primary School last year, delivered 50 storage containers to the Alice E. Grady School filled with similar items.
Douglas Doller, acting principal of the Grady School, thanked the organizations for their generous support and for “brightening our holidays,” he said.
This is the second year both organizations have donated to the Elmsford School District community.
