Gov. Andrew Cuomo told reporters Thursday morning that there were difficult lessons learned about getting ready for a storm from Hurricane Sandy, according to nystateofpolitics.com.
He gave his remarks in a conference call placed as Northeast and New York State prepared for a potentially threatening Hurricane Joaquin, which has now veered eastward out to sea.
