Con Ed To Distribute Dry Ice Wednesday at Empire City/Yonkers Raceway

Update: The ice delivery has been delayed until 3:30 p.m.

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Con Edison has started distributing dry ice at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway. The distribution center will be open 3:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. More distribution centers will be established at other points in Westchester County.

How about the rest of us in the town of Ossining? We have not seen or heard from Con Ed. There are exposed down electrical wires in my driveway and the cul-de-sac. No response from 911 either. Simply unacceptable!
