WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The City of White Plains has issued a Request for Proposals for the sale of vacant land at 5 Woodale Place and 9 Woodale Place.

The two lots will be sold together and total approximately .48 acres (20,909 square feet).

Detailed descriptions and instructions to proposers can be found here. Initial proposals are due Monday, March 9, at 9:30 a.m. and final proposals are due Monday, March 16, at 9:30 a.m.
