WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The northbound Bronx River Parkway will be closed from Main Street Exit 21 in White Plains to the Westchester County Center Exit 22 starting at 9 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15 until 6 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, weather permitting.
