Ryan needed an ethics waiver from the Board of Legislators to take the $190,000-per-year position with the company that owns Westchester Medical Center, according to the report. Ryan is set to leave his position with the Board of Legislators after 16 years. He did not seek re-election for a post which pays him a base salary of $49,200 a year in 2013.
