In the call, Clinton said: "Hello, this is Bill Clinton. I'm calling to urge you to vote for Noam Bramson this Tuesday for Westchester county executive.

"I live in Westchester. I care very much about who's making decisions that effect our county's future. Noam will focus on a sustainable future by creating jobs, protecting the environment, investing in health and childcare programs. He will work every day to invest in that future. And as mayor, he's proved he can run a lean, effective ship, he can hold taxes down, and get big results.

"Again this is Bill Clinton urging you to vote Nov. 5 for Noam Bramson for Westchester County Executive. Thanks."

Clinton spoke on Bramson's behalf at the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook on Oct. 21. At that appearance, Clinton, who lives in Chappaqua, said he had already cast his vote for Bramson, the mayor of New Rochelle (via absentee ballot).
