Bicyclist Injured After Being Hit By Car On Route 119

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – A 48-year-old White Plains man suffered injuries after he was hit by a car at Tarrytown Road and Hillside Avenue while riding his bicycle Monday, according to the Greenburgh Police Department.

The bicyclist was riding southbound in the crosswalk of Tarrytown Road when the driver, a 77-year-old woman from Greenburgh, struck him while driving eastbound.

The cyclist was taken to Westchester Medical Center with head and leg injuries. The driver was not injured.
