- A 7-year-old girl was touched inappropriately in the toy section of Walmart in White Plains, police said. The girl was not injured but was taken to the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla and released to her mother the same night, police said. Police were searching for the suspect.
- An unknown man demanded money when he entered Freedom Moving Co. on 39 Westmoreland Ave. on Wednesday morning while holding what appeared to be a handgun, police said. Police said he took more than $1,000 and are searching for a suspect.
- A White Plains student attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Arizona, admitted to setting off a small explosion using a homemade bomb in a campus parking lot.
