Archbishop Stepinac Announces Delayed Opening On Monday

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Archbishop Stepinac in White Plains announced late Sunday that there will be a two-hour delayed opening on Monday in anticipation of the wintry weather expected to arrive overnight.
