A&P wants to get out of 52 leases, including 36 on closed stores, said Supermarket News. They already filed to get out of their corporate office lease in Montvale, N.J., reports Supermarket News.

There are still 13 A&P leases being marketed by A&G Realty Partners on behalf of the supermarket chain, according to Supermarket News, with stores in Yonkers and Valley Cottage reportedly on the list.

As previously reported on Daily Voice, A&P is seeking damages from two would-be buyers of former A&P supermarkets in Millwood and Hastings who now don't want to go through with their deals.
