WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - While some White Plains polling locations lost power from Hurricane Sandy, they have been restored, and will be available for Tuesday's Election Day.
"All of our polling locations are up and running," said Karen Pasquale of the mayor's office. "A number of them were [affected] and they've been restored to power at this point."
