White Plains Youth Bureau Seeks Nominees For 3rd Annual Fatherhood Awards

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains Youth Bureau will be accepting nominating essays for its third annual White Plains Fatherhood Awards Program to be held on Saturday, June 13, at 8:30 a.m., at Eastview Middle School.

The program will honor outstanding fathers for their leadership, service to the community and for being wonderful dads. To enter the contest, submit a 500 word essay to Laura Montoya, Youth Bureau Office Assistant, on the topic, “My Dad Is My Hero.”

Essays must be submitted by Friday, May 29, to the White Plains Youth Bureau, 11 Amherst Place, White Plains.
