White Plains, New York –The White Plains YMCA presents the Spring 2015 “Healthy Life Seminar Series,” sponsored by Webster Bank and Daily Voice. Seminars will be held on Thursday nights from 6:30-8:00pm in the Community Room at the White Plains YMCA, 250 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains. Seminars are free to YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester members and open to all non-Y members of the community for $5 per seminar, per adult.
