The company was established in 1984 as the result of the merger of the law firms Taylor, McCullough & Geoghegan and Fredericks, Goldberger & Liberman, according to a press release.

McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt specializes in banking law, commercial law, environmental law, land use and zoning law, municipal law, real estate law, Surrogate’s Court litigation, and trusts and estates law.

“We pride ourselves on the experience we bring to the table, board room and court room,” Frank McCullough, a senior partner and founding member of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, said in a press release.

“We respect our clients, we value our community, and we are proud of our legacy.”

McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt has represented numerous prestigious clients, including Fortune 500 companies and many municipal governments in Westchester County.

Linda Whitehead, who grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson, joined McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt as an associate in 1989. Earlier this year, Hastings officials appointed her village attorney.

“Having grown up in Westchester, I take a particular interest in working in and with so many of its communities,” Whitehead said in a press release.
