White Plains Branch Of YMCA Appoints Advisory Board

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains branch of the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester announced the appointment of several community leaders to its White Plains branch advisory board:

  •  Kathryn DeSilva, director of sales, The Daily Voice.
  •  Al Gutierrez, Colliers International.
  •  Kellie King Slater, assistant director of community outreach, White Plains Hospital Center.
  • Andrew Kutcha, ALK Investigations.
  • Linda Levine, licensed financial representative.
  • Stuart Levine, owner, Vino 100.
  • Joseph Pizzimenti, president, CClean Inc.
  • Rori Sagal, AVP/Westchester relationship manager, Greater Hudson Bank.
  • Marie Smith, clientele manager, Williams Sonoma at The Westchester.

The White Plains YMCA, a 120,000-square-foot facility on Mamaroneck Avenue, welcomes 200 children a day to child care, after care and universal Pre-K.  More than 30 aquatics programs, including aqua-cycling, serve 1,500 swimmers from 6 months to 100 years and older.  Over 3,000 gym members enjoy 70 exercise programs.

The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester also operates a community branch in Somers and owns Camp Combe in Putnam Valley. It fosters youth development, promote healthy living and teach social responsibility.
