WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A gem and jewelry show, puzzle play session and free hypnosis seminar are some of the events planned in White Plains this weekend:
Friday
- International Gem and Jewelry Show
The Westchester County Center will host a show featuring beads, gemstones, fashion and fine jewelry from around the world selling at 20 to 40 percent less than their regular rates. The show will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $8 or $6 with a coupon.
- The library will be closed Friday.
Saturday
- Puzzles Day at the Library's Trove, 1 p.m. 4 p.m.
For families with 2 to 5 year olds.
- Seminar on Hypnosis Techniques for Weight Loss, 1 p.m.
Presented by Clinical Hypnotist Dr. Errol Cluck at the Westchester County Center beginning at 1 p.m.
Sunday
- The library will be closed Sunday.
