Jacqueline Leahy, an employee communications leader at Heineken USA in White Plains, earned the distinction. The award pays tribute to individuals in Westchester who are making their mark in their chosen profession at a young age.

This innovative program is specifically designed to acknowledge individuals under the age of 40 who surpass expectations, raise the bar and set new standards for success. Forty young business leaders who exemplify leadership, foresight and a vision of the future of Westchester County have been honored each year since 2004.

Since joining Heineken in 2013, Leahy has introduced legendary engagement platforms that keep employees inspired and equipped to “sell or help sell” beer and cider on a daily basis. Whether she’s facilitating workshops that help colleagues to find their purpose, or helping the organization stay connected through vibrant communities like Facebook at Work, Leahy masterfully keeps the business' values and culture alive.

She is married to Donal Leahy, a partner in O'Neill's Pub & Restaurant in South Norwalk.
