WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Angelina J. Cardillo, a White Plains resident, died May 2. She was 95.
Cardillo was born Feb. 7, 1917 in Mount Vernon to John and Isabelle Esquino Antonelli. She was a longtime member of the White Plains Senior Center. Before retirement, Cardillo worked as a jewelry maker for 20 years at Zentall's Jewelry in Mount Vernon. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in White Plains.
She is survived by a daughter, Maryanne Cardillo of Lewes, Del., and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo; and seven siblings, Mary, Frank, Genaro, Michael, Vito, Jessie and Carmela.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Monday at McMahon, Lyon and Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Association or Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
