14 White Plains Based AT&T Employees Receive Service Awards

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The President's Volunteer Service Award honored 14 AT&T White Plains employees for their combined service of more than 17,000 hours for the Empire State in 2013.

AT&T employees with 100 hours of volunteer work in a year qualify for the prestigious award. The 14 employees join 4,017 other AT&T workers from all over the country who were awarded for their volunteerism. 

The 14 employees working in AT&T White Plains include Darren Joseph, Denise Pilla, Jerilyn Lewis, Joyce Li, Louisa Marullo, Lucas Arzilli, Maureen Britt, Michael Kane, Nicolas Cannistra Jr., Raymond Petrilli, Ron Feely, Steven Moetzinger, Thomas Bogue and William Brown III. 

The President’s Volunteer Service Award is the country's first awards program that encourages Americans through presidential honors to live a life of dedication and service, the company said. 

Founded in 2003, the PVSA awards recognition to U.S. citizens for their sustained volunteerism every year.
