Starting Thursday and running through Aug. 6, the restaurant will offer grilled and smoked favorites. Special appetizers include barbecue pancetta-wrapped shrimp served on top of a white bean salad; grilled Berkshire bacon iceberg wedge, tomato, corn and ranch dressing; watermelon and feta salad; watercress and kalamata olives with sherry vinaigrette.
Featured entrees (which include two sides and cornbread) are: house-smoked beef brisket, slow-cooked with applewood; St. Louis ribs, dry-rubbed, slow-smoked and lightly glazed; barbecue half-chicken with banana barbecue sauce; barbecue combo plate of St. Louis ribs, brisket and pulled pork.
Sides include coleslaw, braised greens, barbecue fried rice, corn on the cob, house-made pickles, mac and cheese, potato salad, mashed potatoes, stone fruit compote and brisket baked beans.
Desserts include summer peach and blueberry streusel crisp.
