WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Main Street Market is selling a variety of fresh local foods and other products for holiday entertaining and gift giving on Sunday, Dec. 14, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Westchester County Center.
Items on sale include cheeses, pickles, meats, baked goods and wine as well as products such as handmade jewelry, soaps and body butters.
The market consists of a variety of vendors, local artisans and food producers, all from the tristate area. Food vendors will also offer samples of their foods.
While shopping, enjoy some mood music provided by a rare solo appearance by Pat O'Shea, the frontman of New York indie rock band The Honest Men. O'Shea will perform material from The Honest Men's catalog as well as some of his favorite covers.
Admission is free. Parking fees apply at the County Center lots. A list of vendors and coupons is available at countycenter.biz.
Additional market dates are Sundays, Jan. 18, Feb. 8 and March 22.
