The free event begins with a parade on Mamaroneck Avenue from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Frank Williams Jr., executive director of the White Plains Youth Services Bureau, will be the distinguished grand marshal. Musical performers include the Music with a Message youth band of South Bronx, the Herve Alexandre Quintet and more.
A children's zone in Renaissance Park will feature animals, Regeneron science experiments, arts and crafts, face painting by GemFaceNY and storytelling by BRIO Award winner April Armstrong.
Admission to the Juneteenth Parade and Festival is free.
